By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions of service stated in this document.
Please be noted that the contents in this document are subject to change without previous notice, so always check first before placing your order.Last updated: 20/June/2021

For commissions and business inquiries you must contact me through email filling the commission form provided in te "Contact" section of this site.

General conditions:

- I reserve the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it.
- Consider my drawing style before ordering.
- Max. 2 orders per person at a time.
- Please be respectful.
- There are no refunds.
- First come first served basis.
- I am allowed to stream the process unless agreed otherwise.

Payment:

- PayPal only.
- Please don't send any money without confirmation. After accepting your commission I will notify you and I will send an invoice to the PayPal address you provided.
- Must be paid upfront. I'll only start drawing after the payment is cleared.
- You have 24 hours to pay after receiving the invoice, if the latter isn't paid within this time I'll assume you don't want the commission and cancel it.

Process:

- When I start your commission I'll send you an initial sketch for revision. You're allowed to request up to 3 changes in expression, poses or details in this sketch.
- After this, I don't provide work in progress pictures or second revisions, unless agreed on at the start or seen necessary.
- Sometimes the first sketch will come with additional variations if I see it necessary (for example, with emotes), but this is not an obligation on my part.
- Any and all additional changes as well as revisions after the first sketch come with an additional fee. Small coloring or marking mistakes on my part are charge free.
- First come first served basis for inquiry.
- I reserve the right to decide the order I work on the accepted commissions, unless rush fees are involved.
- As stated before, I do reserve the right to stream the process of your commission while I'm drawing in my own platforms. If you do not want this process to be shown for any particular reason, an additional fee for privacy can be added to your order.

Time & Delivery:

- The finished piece will be sent to your email in the resolution and sizes specified.
- Turnaround time ranges from 1 to 16 weeks, depending on complexity or amount of illustrations you order. I don't usually work with rushed deadlines, so if you need your commission done for an specific date this must be agreed beforehand.
- Currently, I have limited time to work on illustrations, and I try to deliver as fast and with the best quality I can, so please be kind and don't rush me.
- Turnaround time starts after I receive full payment and full references, if you paid and haven't provided me with the necessary means to start your commission it will remain on hold.
- It is understood that all services and goods commissioned and purchased are digital artwork and don't come with a physical copy, thus they don't require delivery to an address or tracking numbers.

Waiting List:

- Please only ask to join the waiting list if you know you can afford a future commission.
- If slots are full and the Waiting List is open you can secure a slot by joining the waiting list.
- To join you need to follow the same process as to order a normal commission, but payment won't be asked for immediately.
- When a new slot opens up in queue I'll notify you to verify if you still want the commission and will send the corresponding invoice after confirmation.
- Feel free to ask to be removed from the waiting list at any time.
- It can take 1 week, 1 month or more to get your slot, so please be patient and prepared beforehand.

Rush fee:

- You can bump your slot to the start of my queue and have priority on your commission if you need it in less time or a specific date. To acquire this service you need to pay a Rush Fee: +50% on top of final price.
- Always ask first if your commission can be done in the date you need it by. I won't accept rush fees or commissions for delivery within less than 1 week, or asked for later on after initial payment.

Copyright & Usage Policy:

- You may commission a third party to animate the emotes as long as credit for the original artwork is given.
- Altering the artwork in significant ways without consent is not allowed. Do not edit, modify, recolor or trace it. However you can crop, resize or re-frame and use as part of other designs as you wish.
- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
- Reproducing/using the the artwork commercially is forbidden. If you need artwork intended for the creation of merchandise, or any usage that represents monetary profit different conditions and rates apply, contact me.
- You can use the artwork to promote yourself in your social media.
- I retain the right to all artwork created.
- I can upload and share the commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio for promotion purposes.
- Re-selling commissioned artwork is not allowed.
- The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.

Cancellations & Refunds:

- If payment hasn't been cleared yet, you can cancel your commission at any time.
- After payment has been sent, there are no cancellations or refunds. So please take your time to consider this!
